General questions & getting started
How is BAT’s outsourcing different from an in-house accountant?
You get three key advantages:
— Cost savings: You don’t pay payroll-related taxes (personal income tax, social tax), paid leave, or sick days for an accountant. Our services are on average 40–60% cheaper than maintaining a full-time position.
— Team: Instead of one person, a full team works for you: an accountant, HR specialist, lawyer, and tax consultant. You’re protected from the “human factor” (illness, vacation, resignation).
— Guarantees: An in-house accountant bears limited liability. We assume full financial responsibility for our work. If you are fined due to our fault, we reimburse it. This is stipulated in the contract.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing is calculated individually and depends on:
— Your tax regime (VAT or turnover tax).
— Number of employees on staff.
— Monthly transaction volume (payments, invoices).
— Presence of foreign trade (import/export) and foreign-currency operations.

How to start working with us (Process)
Just 4 steps:
— Inquiry & audit: You submit a request. We run a free express audit of your current accounting to identify risks.
— Proposal: We prepare a commercial proposal with an exact price and a detailed scope of services.
— Contract: We sign a contract specifying our obligations and financial responsibility (NDA included).
— Handover: We contact your former accountant, obtain the 1C database and records, and take over. From that moment, we’re on call for all matters.
Do you help with company registration or liquidation?
Yes. We provide end-to-end legal services: from turnkey registration of LLC, private enterprise, and sole proprietorship to full support of voluntary liquidation.
I already have an accountant. How difficult is the transition to you?
We make it seamless for you. You only need to share your accountant’s contact. We’ll coordinate directly, take over the files properly, request and migrate the 1C database, and reconcile all accounts and taxes. We also perform an express audit at handover to document the accounting state and release you from prior-period risks.
Is the price fixed in the contract? Could it suddenly increase?
We fix the price in the contract for 12 months. It’s based on the agreed initial workload (tax regime, average number of transactions, headcount). A price review is possible only with your consent and only in two cases:
— Your business grows sharply by multiples (e.g., monthly transactions rise from 50 to 500).
— You add a new activity not discussed before (e.g., import/export appears). Any changes are discussed in advance.
Do you specialize in any industries? (IT, manufacturing, trade…)
Yes. While we serve companies across various sectors, we have deep expertise in the following areas:
— Trade & Foreign Economic Activity: (You already mentioned this) Deep knowledge of import, export, VAT calculations, and currency control.
— Manufacturing: (If this applies) Complex cost accounting, materials write-off, and production cost calculation.
— Services / IT: (If this applies, especially relevant for RUz) Experience working with IT Park residents, confirming incentives, and maintaining separate accounting.
We are a foreign company. Our founders/management don’t speak Russian. How will the language barrier be handled?
We specialize in working with international businesses—this is part of our service. We provide full professional support in English [and/or Chinese].
A specialist fluent in a foreign language will be assigned to your company as the primary point of contact. They will be able to:
— Conduct business correspondence and consultations without an interpreter.
— Explain all nuances of the tax and migration legislation of RUz in a language you understand.
— Prepare management reports (P&L, Cash Flow) with commentary in your language.
We guarantee that you will fully understand your company’s financial position and all tax risks.
Accounting Outsourcing (Ongoing Support)
How is document exchange handled? Do I need to visit your office?
No, visiting isn’t required. We work fully remotely. You send scans or photos of primary documents (acts, waybills, contracts) via Telegram, email, or any messenger you prefer. We can see all e-invoices (ESF) ourselves through your operator’s system (Didox, E-Faktura, etc.). That said, in-person meetings once or twice a month are welcome for better communication.
What exactly is included in “accounting support”?
“Full support” means we cover all functions of your finance department:
— Bookkeeping and tax accounting (1C).
— Bank-Client operations (preparing and sending payments).
— Payroll calculation and posting.
— HR administration (orders, employment contracts).
— Preparing and filing all reports (Tax Committee/GNI, Statistics, Xalq Bank).
— Full foreign trade support (import/export).
— Unlimited consultations on current issues.
Do you handle foreign trade (import/export) accounting?
Yes—this is one of our strengths. We manage the bank’s currency control, track contract-closure deadlines, properly record customs declarations (GTD), and calculate import VAT.
How will I monitor your work and stay informed?
Transparency and openness are our priorities. We stay in touch daily in a Telegram or WhatsApp group. Every transaction is confirmed in writing with the director or responsible person. We notify you of each step, warn about risks in time, and strictly request all documents required for accounting.
My accounting is in poor shape (done with errors / not done). Can you fix it?
Yes. This is called “Accounting Restoration.” It’s a one-off service we often provide before onboarding a company for ongoing support. Our specialists perform a full audit, identify missing documents, correct errors in the 1C database, and file all necessary amending reports for prior periods. We bring your accounting into 100% legal compliance.
Do you only deal with taxes, or can you help manage my business?
That’s a key differentiator. We don’t just “file reports” to avoid questions from the tax authority. We act as your financial partner. While maintaining your books, our experts provide well-grounded advice on running the business and optimizing costs and taxes.
Which software do you use? Will I have access to 1C?
We keep your books on a licensed, always-updated 1C platform. Upon request, we can provide remote cloud access to your database. You can view all transactions, generate reports, and monitor our work at any time in view-only mode (or with full rights).
Audit Services
What’s the difference between accounting outsourcing and audit?
— Accounting outsourcing is the day-to-day maintenance of your books. We prepare your financial statements.
— Audit is an independent review of financial statements that are already prepared (by your in-house accountant or another firm).
By law, we cannot audit a company whose accounting we maintain ourselves—that would be a conflict of interest. Therefore, we work with several partner accounting firms: some closely integrated with our audit organization, others fully independent.
Is audit mandatory for my company?
In Uzbekistan, statutory audit is required for joint-stock companies (JSCs), banks, insurance companies, and enterprises with state participation.
For most LLCs, audit is voluntary (initiative).
Then why do I need a voluntary audit?

What do I receive as a result of the audit?
You receive two documents:
— Official Auditor’s Opinion: A document confirming the reliability of your statements.
— Confidential Management Letter: The most valuable document. We detail all detected errors, weak spots in accounting and tax risks, and provide concrete recommendations for remediation.

Security & Guarantees
What exactly does your “financial responsibility” mean?
It’s simple. If we make a mistake (miscalculate a tax, miss a filing deadline) and the Tax Committee (GNI) imposes a fine or interest/penalty, we fully reimburse that amount at our own expense. This is legally stipulated in our contract.
How do you ensure the confidentiality of my data?
We treat this more seriously than a typical in-house employee would.
— Legally: We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you.
— Technically: All your data is stored on secure servers. Access is strictly regulated and limited to the accountants assigned to your company. We use secure communication channels.

What happens if I get a tax inspection (GNI)?

— Prepare and provide all requested documents and accounting registers.
— Draft professional written responses to GNI requests.

A dedicated lead accountant is assigned to your company as your single point of contact for all operational matters. They are deeply familiar with your business and always available. You won’t need to repeat your issue to different staff members. We guarantee responses to urgent inquiries within [e.g., 1 hour] during business hours.
