Are you an IT Park resident? Then:

You need to undergo an audit by June 30 each year.

The auditors you hire must not only issue the mandatory audit opinion, but also confirm and prove that you used your benefit correctly and in full compliance with the rules.

The opinion must be prepared in the IT Park’s prescribed format and supported by all required documents.

If the auditor’s report does not pass the review at IT Park and their specialists decide you used the benefit incorrectly, you will not only lose your IT Park resident status, but you will also be assessed all taxes for the previous year.

Be careful when choosing the auditor you trust. Every year, following the review, IT Park revokes the status of a large number of residents if the audit firm cannot substantiate its opinion.
